A Ouidad cut is a CURLY hair cutting method using a technique called "carve and slice" and is only done when the hair is wet. This method is designed to eliminate the undesired triangle shape that is a typical result when the curly hair is cut as is for straight hair. This technique also allows the hair to look good if blown out straight.

The Answers You Need
WHICH PRODUCTS DO I USE WITH MY HAIR EXTENSIONS?
We recommend the use of sulfate free products for at home extension care. We cannot guarantee that your extensions will last if you do not adhere to our professional recommendation.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I WASH MY HAIR?
As little as possible. With extensions you are able to get away with washing your hair less often. Depending on how oily your scalp is; you can wash your extensions about 2-3 times a week. In between that time you should apply dry shampoo.
CAN I TAKE OUT MY HAIR EXTENSIONS?
Do not attempt to remove your hair extensions on your own; as they can cause damage to your hair and scalp. They can be removed at any time by a licensed professional.
CAN I GO SWIMMING WITH MY EXTENSIONS?
Extensions are 100% Remy Human Hair, which means salt and chlorine will cause as much damage to your extensions as they do to your natural hair. It's best to avoid both all together.
CAN I GO TO SLEEP WITH MY HAIR WET?
No. Sleeping with wet hair can and will cause tangling, and will weaken your extensions.
